Production and Transit Time

Orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All items are made to order. Please allow up to 7-8 days for your custom order to ship. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the shipping tracking number.

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 with USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control.

We have found that FEDEX is the best shipment method for international orders. Please email us at info@grlfashion.com if you'd like to upgrade your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@grlfashion.com so we can check the issue and help with the return process. If damage occurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email info@grlfashion.com for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos.
